Eje Blessing Idagu is a Public Speaking and Personal Development Coach, from Nigeria. Since 2014 to date, she has been working with entrepreneurs and coaches, helping them overcome the fear of stage fright and low self-esteem and mentoring them into building confidence and mastering the art of effective communication. She has also been involved in several projects and programs that have promoted the social and educational literacy of over 5000 youths in Nigeria.
She began her public speaking journey in 2014, after she missed out on an international opportunity, because of inability to effectively communicate her thoughts clearly. After that experience, she made a commitment to learn and also help others like her, master the craft of public speaking and she has excelled excellently in it.
In January 2020, she led a team of persons to host the first Live Your Dreams Africa Conference; Calabar which featured Fela Durotoye, Steve Harris, Bankole Williams, Fidelis Duker, Real WarriPikin, Okorn Okorn and Patience Uwayen and over 1500 youths had the opportunity of learning from the mistakes and experiences of the speakers. After the conference she partnered with Dream Development Centre to train over 100 underserved youths with the skills of Hair & Wig Making and also Mixology & Finger Foods.
Blessing is the founder of The Speaking Hub, an online business community that shares free tips, strategies and techniques to help entrepreneurs, coaches and speakers learn, master and monetize the art, science and business of public speaking, so they can improve on their sales pitches, career growth and total business productivity.
She is the Vice President; Education of Toastmasters International club, Calabar chapter. She also an On-air personality, a TV show host and the CEO of Mega-blitz Business Connect, a Media and Consultancy Company that provides quality and affordable media (traditional and digital) services to brands, while helping entrepreneurs translate their visions as clearly as possible to their teams, through training thereby increasing teams productivity.
Blessing is also the founder of Channelled-Life Fort-Drum, a leadership organization that is committed and focused on raising strategic nation builders who will actively effect positive changes in the different sectors of Africa’s national economy.
She is the author of a book on Public Speaking titled *A-Z Self-Taught Public Speaking Mastery and Monetization,* a step to step self-guide on learning, mastering and monetizing public speaking skills and a must-read for all professionals.
