Emmaline Datey is a HR Generalist with over 9 years’ of Human Resource practice within several industries to include Aviation, Oil and Gas, Academia and Media. She’s also a Public Speaker, Career and Business Coach, as well as a Leadership and Events Consultant. Emmaline has been honored as one of Ghana’s 100 Most Influential Women in 2017 and one of the Top 100 speakers in Ghana, 2018.
She has been the HR and Admin Manager for a fast growing Broadcast Media Group, EIB Network (GH) Ltd since Sept 2014, where she assists the Company in managing, and coordinating human capital assets in line with company’s policies and strategy.
Emmaline chartered as a Professional in HR (PHR) in 2014 with the Human Resource Certification Institute, USA and possesses a first-class degree from the Valley View University in Human Resource Management (BBA) On August 31, 2020, she bagged a certification as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, Teacher, and Speaker at the Aug 2020 International Maxwell Certification Program.
Emmaline Datey is the Founder of ICS Africa (Impact Concepts and Solutions Africa) – a budding company that provides Management Consulting, Personal & Professional Development as well as Events Engineering and Promotions services. Her company also runs a Youth NGO called Level Up Africa where young entrepreneurs are developed in personal and business development.
She is also the Founder and Member of the Game Changers Network Africa, a platform for mentoring, coaching and advocating for young African entrepreneurs as well as promoting viable and growing African entrepreneurs and change influencers who are set to inspire change in Africa.
In March 2020, she was appointed the Director for Memberships and Business Development for Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs. She is currently serving as a Juror at a business pitch for young entrepreneurs event dubbed, the 5k Challenge.
Emmaline channels her positive energy into coaching people to becoming unusual leaders, executing leadership development strategies and events or programs that are aligned with organization vision and goals. She is passionate about promoting the African Dream and the Ideal African Brand.
She believes that the only way Africans can achieve great results is through great people and great people need great leadership
