Eguaikhide Olorunfemi hold a Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing Management from Enugu state University of Science and Technology having graduated as a Microbiologist from University of Benin Teaching Hospital. An Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University having attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2016.

He have served in various capacities with Shell Petroleum Development Company as Client services Supervisor, Genesis Group variously as AGM Hotels, DGM Human Resources and IT, General Manager HR & IT, General Manager Operations and Chief Operations Officer at The Bridge Healthcare Company. He joined RT Briscoe as Group Head Human Capital Development in 2012 and moved to manage Briscoe Ford in 2014 as General Manager, The recent restructuring of RT Briscoe as a Group led to my appointment as Head of Briscoe Motors Nig. Ltd, a subsidiary of the Group from July 2017 to June 2018, Chief operating Officer July 2018 to August 2019. He has been in the mainstream of Business Management, Human Resource and Corporate Leadership for the past 20 years having experienced Oil & Gas, hospitality sector, FMCG, Healthcare services and Automobile sales and services.

Femi is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), Associate of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (AITD), Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. My Core experience is in the areas of Operations Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Business Leadership, Learning and Organization Development, Recruitment and selection, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits administration. I also have significant exposures in Health, Safety & Environment management, Information Technology, Contracts Administration and HR General Services experience in the Oil and Gas sector. Most recently, and have acquired Business leadership experience in Automobile After sales Management which has helped him to face the numerous challenges thrown up in Briscoe Motors After sales business and subsequently took over the leadership of the Motors business in 2014. Femi is currently the Group Executive Director with leadership and Executive responsibility covering 3 subsidiary companies in the Group and providing Executive support for the 4th subsidiary Company as well.
