
Ethel Adjorlolo Marfo (a.k.a BoysDocta_Ethel) is an award winning boys advocate and educator who is championing the personal development of boys through mentorship, coaching and innovative learning platforms to address their silent struggles, discover their God given purpose as well as inspire boys to become gender equity champions in achieving agenda 2030 by United Nations sdg5.
Ethel is the founder and advocacy lead at Junior Shapers Africa (JSA) , Boys To Men Education by JSA and Boys To Men Annual Boot Camp & Internship.
Since September 2015, she has been at the fore front of the “Raising Boys Right Advocacy” in Ghana and Africa with over 7000 African boys benefiting from JSA’s programs in Ghana, Liberia, United Kingdom, USA and Thailand via virtual learning and one -on -one counselling sessions.
Ethel is highly concerned about boys not having an equal opportunity as girls when it comes to preparing them for the challenges of manhood, marriage and fatherhood as well as opportunities to have their emotional problems addressed.
Ethel is the Author of Boys To Men Voyage, a personal development book that stimulates a high sense of responsibility in future men.
She is married and blessed with three lovely daughters. Hitherto a Public Relations & Marketing professional spanning over 15 years in corporate Ghana. She rediscovered her calling as a social and educational entrepreneur in 2015 and pursued it passionately. Ethel holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Innovation.
