Samuella Baah is a Ghanaian, an internationally certified Life and Success Coach. As the Lead Coach and Trainer at The Capacity Development Academy, she provides tailored coaching and training services to individuals to enhance their income and live debt-free.
She specially focuses on how working millennials and professionals can make, manage and multiply money for their own financial well-being through personal and career development, business knowledge and entrepreneurial savviness. In the last 5 years, she has achieved this through training webinars and seminars, one-on-one and group coaching.
Her unique coaching style has earned her a deep connection with the people she works with and a feature this year in Ekow Mensah’s 5 Phenomenal Women Who Inspire. Taking a non-linear path on her career journey herself from a Registered Pharmacist to a Certified Life Coach, she is passionate about professionals discovering what they are most truly fulfilled by and where they will be most impactful. She’s a Jesus Lover, married with 2 children. It’s her utmost joy to have the freedom of nurturing them as she works towards leaving a legacy for them.
She found her real voice when she ‘broke’ her voice as a teenager and has been using that to empower others either through singing or speaking at events. Books have forever been her other passion.
