She doubles as the Founder and CEO of Usherfort Ltd, an events and protocol service company founded in Ghana, with an astounding reputation, and the likes of Google, Global Citizen, Citibank, Harith, Standard Chartered, Belaire, Baileys, Jonnie Walker, Absa etc as its top Clients.
As Founder and Executive director of Alliance for Women Development, a non-profit organization, Jannice is on a journey to empowering women rise beyond level and break status quo. It is her sole desire to see women live up to their full potential and purpose.
The Organization recently launched its Masterclass for Women in Business under the theme ‘BRAND RIGHT’ in August 2022. This Summit brought together inter alia, tertiary female students, mature and working-class women under 35 and taught them how to build a global business and personal brand even as small and medium scale entrepreneurs.
